This brace helps a ton with slouching as it has a lightweight brace along the back and also encourages you to strengthen your core because it holds your waist in. I highly recommend if you have a standing desk and like to slouch or lean on the desk—it’ll help with keeping your back straighter and more conscious of holding in your core. It was so confusing to put on the first time but once you get the arms in and velcro it right around the torso, it’ll make sense!
